I'm bad at english cause i'm shy and never spoke since 6 yrs old now i'm 26. i'm bad at spanish too because even though i come from mexican parents, school was in english, university was english, and yes i never had english speaking friends, but also never had spanish speaking friends and i never really talk much. more over i learned another foreign language and i want to improve in it too. What is best way to learn in parallel 3 languages when you dont really have contact with the people with speak it, just study by your self?
You can try to find friends over the internet, you don't need to meet them. If you are a shy guy this is the best way for you to learn a language. Is isn't difficult, nobody is perfect so you can try it. Buy a good dictionary and a grammar and you will be ready to go. I like foreign languages very much, I can speak 4 languages (english is a foreign language for me) so if you want we can talk.

Dunno really but you will be multilingual after three languages won't you. Maybe stick with two then you can be bilingual.
Just a thought

I was born into an Asian family, and was taught to speak Cantonese. On my first day of school, I didn't utter an single syllable in English, but I learned to speak it. I'm 20 now, and I can speak both languages conversationally. When I was in high school, I took three years of French, and it didn't help to converse with my teacher, who spoke it really quickly. Instead, I just went home and cracked open my textbook, and listened to some tapes. I learned more efficiently that way.

Try a lot of different ways to learn and see which one works for you. Then learn one language at a time. Otherwise, you will mix them and it will be confusing for you and the people that you talk to.

one option that you could consider is getting television stations in those three languages… you could watch tv everday in those three languages (either with captions or non) … it should help you stay fresh in all of the languages… or atleast a specific dialect of all three languages… hope it helps!
