Why can’t I get into the Penguin’s Submarine in Lego Batman?

Question by applecracker.mist: Why can’t I get into the Penguin’s Submarine in Lego Batman?
I’m playing Lego Batman for PSP, and I’ve noticed that I can’t get into the submarine in Arkham Asylum to do any of the missions for the Penguin. All the other vehicles have a triangle above them when I approach them to make my character jump in and go to the level selection screen, but no matter how I approach it, the submarine won’t show me the triangle. I’ve passed all of the other hero and villain levels besides those five. Can anybody help me figure out why this isn’t working? D:
