  Neopets and Nick are what my parents let me play when I was a kid. They’re still up and have a lot of games.

  Although, there are ADs, like all website, but small kids could be tricked otherwise. I suggest you give them a login for neopets, but monitor them when they’re on the website.

  Btw, Adobe Flash player is a normal program that some games may need to play.
